Local Delivery

We are happy to offer local deliveries at a cost of $10. Please allow 2 business days for delivery from the time you place your order. Need it sooner? Call us on 441-292-5292 and we'll do the best we can to help. 

You can also pickup in-store anytime during opening hours. Please check out the  "Contact Us" page for up to date opening times. 

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping with courier service DHL. All orders are shipped direct from our store in Hamilton, Bermuda. The shipping cost will be added to your order during checkout, after you enter your address. Please note, this total does not include your local taxes/ import duties/ VAT/ clearance fees or any other charges you might incur before receiving your package. All fees required for customs clearance all the sole responsibility of the customer. Refused packages are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Due to recent tariff changes introduced in the U.S., many orders shipped to the United States are now subject to import duties and/or tariffs, which are collected by U.S. Customs before your package can be delivered. These charges are determined by your local authorities and vary by state. These fees are collected by the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is refused or returned due to non-payment of import tariffs, shipping costs (including return shipping, if applicable) are not refundable.  For most orders, tariffs range from 25% - 30% depending on the product category.

The Island Shop has no control over any of these charges. To find out if your order might be subject to import duties, please check out your local government website or customs office.
