Unfiltered, unheated and unprocessed, just as nature intended. Our Summer harvest is in and being packaged now! Our summer harvest is made up of nectar from a mixture of Fiddlewood flowers, Palmetto flowers and there local flowers that are available in the early summer. This honey starts a lighter color and will eventually age to a dark color.
